Dress up your basic backdrops with these beautiful felt cutout panels!  Our felt cutouts are used as focal fabric or accent designer panels in backdrops.  This would look great laying on top of your base fabric such as white spandex  or white sheer fabric.

To attached: You will need about 15 straight pins.  Use the pocket-rod method to feed your base fabric through the drape support rod.  Then take a felt cutout and use the up-and-over method then pin in the back of the drape support rod so you do not see the straight pins from the front.
