Rental World is a family owned and operated general equipment rental, sales, and service company with locations across South Texas including the Rio Grande Valley and Corpus Christi coastal bend. Our services are concentrated in South Texas. However, we routinely service customers throughout Texas, including Laredo, San Antonio, Austin, Houston and beyond. Occasionally, Rental World will even service adjacent states such as Louisiana and New Mexico.

Our Services
Rental World specializes in large complex local events such as weddings and festivals. Our planning, attention to detail, and quality products help set us apart. To assist both us and our customers, Rental World offers event design and layout services. An event specialist can visit your event site, take measurements, discuss your event’s plans and goals and then design and layout the event in amazing three dimensional detail on our PartyCad software.
These drawings are an enormous help in ensuring that everything fits and that the event flows properly. An event specialist can also attend committee meetings and make drawing changes on the fly that everyone can instantly see via one of our computer projectors. This added service is a great meeting facilitator, helps focus everyone on your event’s objective, and shortens the planning stages.

Rental World’s product range is vast. If you do not see what you need on our website or when passing by one of our locations, give us a call. You might be surprised at the equipment that we carry. If we do not have the right equipment for your job or event, we will do our best to help direct you to someone that does, even if we have to refer you to one of our friendly colleagues. In addition, we continuously add to our inventory based on customer requests, customer interviews, and through attendance at numerous trade shows and conventions.

2010 TFEA Vendor of the Year
The Texas Festivals and Events Association (TFEA) named Rental World as its 2010 Vendor of the Year at its Annual Conference and Trade Show held July 8-11, 2010 at the Houston Omni Hotel. TFEA is a professional trade association for Texas festival and event planners, volunteers and suppliers. The conference was attended by more than 75 festivals/events from across the Lone Star State.
