From our sales personnel to our tent installation crews, Rental World strives to maintain the most knowledgeable and best trained staff.  To help ensure that your special day goes as planned, we highly recommend that our staff layout your event with our PartyCAD software.  This planning process provides a highly visual representation of your layout, allows quick design iterations, helps identify and correct problem areas, and provides an outstanding guide for our staff, caterers, event planners, and other personnel.

Although there is no such thing as a perfect tent, our staff has the training and resources to ensure that your tents are in excellent condition for your special day.  Each wedding tent is inspected, repaired, and cleaned between each rental.  Unlike 99% percent of tent rental companies that clean their tents once in a while by hand using pressure washers and brooms, Rental World cleans all but our very largest wedding tents with a huge industrial washing machine after every rental.  This cleaning method keeps our tents whiter and brighter than the competition.  In addition, each tent is stored and transported in enclosed dust free boxes.  During installation, grounds tarps are placed under to help ensure that your tents remain clean.

60x & 100x White Tents

This modular tent with its soaring 30 foot peaks is simply stunning for any event from an elegant wedding to a fundraising dinner for 1,500 people.

10x10 Frame/Cable Tents

Our white 10x10 with a semi-transparent middle is spectacular at night with lights pointed up into the tent.  The tent glows and help create a romantic atmosphere.

20x20 Frame/Cable Tents

With their 9.25 foot legs every 20 feet, these tents are perfect over small stages and dance floors.  These tents also make great entrance and exit tents.

Tents have brackets at each corner and peak for flags, pennants, or banners.

20x20x20 Hexagon Frame/Cable Tents

With over 1,040 square feet of interior space, this tent has plenty of room for a sit down dinner from 64 to 112 people.  See Sample Layouts for typical configurations.

Each structure is comprised of structural aluminum beams, allowing the elimination of all interior poles.  Thus, your tent interior is completely open to provide maximum space utilization and limitless interior design options.

Each structure is comprised of structural aluminum beams, allowing the elimination of all interior poles.  Thus, your tent interior is completely open to provide maximum space utilization and limitless interior design options.

Each tent can fit up to four 48 inch round tables with six chairs each.

20x Pole Tents

40x Pole Tents

Rental World's series of 40x pole tent have center poles and side poles, but no quarter poles to provide more useable interior space for your activities.
