Rental World has over 25 years experience in event rentals.  Our lessons learned throughout that time, along with industry training, and competitive benchmarking have lead to the development of industry leading tent-related standards and processes.  These Rental World standards and processes help ensure that our customers receive high quality, clean tents each and every rental.

TENT WASHING - Between each rental, each tent is washed and dried, checked for damage, and repaired as needed.  All but our very largest tents are washed in one of our giant industrial washing machines that are capable of washing up to 30x60 canvases.  These industrial washers have 64-inch stainless steel drums housed within 10ft x 10ft x 10ft frames.

Most tent companies do not wash their tents after every rental.  When they do wash their tents, most companies use pressure washers, brooms, and sometimes floor buffers.  Although Rental World used this same method for over 20 years, this manual method simply does not provide the same quality washing as our industrial washers.  Rental World's current cleaning methods keeps our tents whiter and brighter than the competition. 

Rental World utilizes cleaners engineered specifically for tents.  These tent specific chemicals provide optimum cleaning performance, while maintaining the proper tent luster and material integrity.  Standard chemicals such as bleach and degreasers, used by most rental companies, deteriorate the tent material and lead to tents becoming dull and brittle.

TENT STORAGE & INSTALLATION - To ensure that our clean tents remain clean and undamaged, Rental World stores each tent in labeled dust free storage boxes.  These boxes keep our tents clean, dry, and protected during storage, loading, and transport.  Finally, during installation grounds tarps are placed under the tents to help ensure that your tents remain as clean as possible for your event.
